Closure system for cutted and uncutted telecommunication cables in the unpressurized distribution network of the DEUTSCHE TELEKOM AG.

Suitable for all types of cable sheaths and splices.

Characteristics

  • High mechanical strength due to the laminated liner
  • Reliable sealing of the splice area against humidity by means of hot melt adhesive
  • Max. 3 cable inlets and outlets on each side
  • Simple and reliable installation without requirement of special tools

Versions

  • VASM:
    Closure type for standard installation practice, 6 sizes for cables up to 700 wire pairs.
  • VASM L:
    Closure type for installations with longer sheath opening, 3 sizes for cables up to 400 wire pairs.
